Yes, Herbert. I think bell hooks sums it up best with her trope: white supremacist imperialist (capitalist) patriarchy. It is all connected, as far as I can see, and traces back to a particular view of what it means to be human (i.e. white, male, property-owning, “Christian,” etc.).
